MAIK – AI with internal law firm knowledge

MAIK does not access the generally available knowledge of the major GPT models, but instead exclusively utilizes the knowledge available within your firm.

Unlike conventional AI chatbots, MAIK researches the knowledge needed to handle legal tasks directly in your file inventory – using a locally operated semantic search engine connected to your Documents system via an interface. Your files never leave the system.

Data security & setup

Since your own firm knowledge forms the basis for the generated content, hallucinations are virtually impossible. MAIK also provides direct links to the documents used – for maximum transparency and control.

For setting up MAIK, service fees are charged based on individual effort, as well as any costs for a new server. The hardware requirements can be found in the OnePager .
